just let it out! it’ll probably make you feel better.
kind of meant the crying part… I know that when I get very frustrated with myself and feel like crying, I close my door and cry into my pillow for a while…maybe hit something, curl up and close my eyes. Sometimes you just need to let out emotions and stress before taking on a project.
Also, why don’t you get an ipod?
